Pros
Great place to learn about pharma industry, nice atmosphere and fun people to work with. Good mentoring scheme and you can really steer the direction of your career as you wish. Its changing fast and this can be quite exciting.
Cons
Cost cutting measures sometimes mean slow wage increases and lack of people to work on a given project. This sometimes means jobs are completed in a chaotic and last minute fashion.
