      Large company with good promotion options. Global enviorment, possible to relocate to other offices around the world. A solid workplace looking to keep employees for the long run Encourage employee engagement.

      - Very employee friendly in all sense - Great flexibility to WFH - No non sense attitude - Medium work load but continuous and challenging work - Cordial work environment

      Pros

      Name recognition, well-received in the marketplace, truly full service with many opportunities to move around into different functional areas. Prepares you well for a move to another company.

      Cons

      Heavily siloed, absolutely no training, too much trial by fire. Mentors are way too busy to be bothered with providing practical, hands-on training to new hires. Constant crisis mode and always doing damage control with clients.
