      Pros

      The people are nice and the enivorment is pleasant. The 401-k is good, nice match. The hours are good, nice work life balance.

      Cons

      the health benefits are to expensive. the commute is to long. I preffered ot when it was a public company

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Quintiles, it's a relax place where the majority of people work very hard. The company does try to have enjoyment opportunities for the employees and I love the Healthy website to motivate people to be healthy. There is online training which is helpful and mgmt is open to hearing what you have to share.

      Cons

      The work load is heavy and many times it's stressful. However, the atmosphere makes the stress easier to deal with.

      Pros

      Great experience Manegment is presented with professionals. Social welfare is not bad. It's worth doing it in terms of having that employer in your CV.

      Cons

      First of all I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at that place; they run you off your feet: 1) Overload with job. 2) Absense of reasonable workload an employee is entrusted to. 3) The manegment is presented with professionals in a clinical research area but they don't have the foggiest idea how to work with employees.
