Great place for a beginner, lots of in house learnings available. No of clients are plenty . Vast amount of industry friendly tools used.

Cons

Competition. Location distance from the city center is an issue. Salary is average.

No Pros of joining quintiles, worst company, its Senior Managers are goose, I interacted with many of them they ( Managers & Senior Managers, Associate Directors / Directors) are all people with hollow mind, they do only show offs. Quintiles recruitment process and TRAINING methodology is worst.

Cons

All bad experiences working at Quintiles. India office.
