Pros
They provide decent salary and ok insurance; plenty of opportunities (due to high turn-over rate).
Cons
The level of toxicity within the group is higher than I expected. No support from management and 0% acceptable fail rate. Add in the lack of training and finger-pointing and its understandable why no one in any of the DM mtgs wants to speak (fear of reprisals). They are more of a level of reputation as PPD had 7-8 years ago.
