Pros

Great people overall Very flexible schedule easy work and life balance benefits are some what good not all tho so its like 50/50, there are better benefits out there

Cons

Higher management is crap, they take forever to reply to you. dont expect to get any raise the bonus % is total joke, they promise one thing on offer but dont even expect to get close to that because after all the company factoring and performance and allocation you might get like 1% from that initial %. Impossible to get any raise. They will pay you at one salary level but will want you to perform like you are 3 levels higher. its good starting point if you want to get exp since its challenging but they dont value enough, if you want to actually give you good money you have to get an offer somewhere else and they might match but most of the time they dont. More than 20 people have left from my business unit and main reason is pay.

Pros

IQVIA has an annual bonus in March, depending on personal performance as assessed by the Line Manager. The percentage/amount is based on the company's performance. The annual salary adjustment in July, almost everyone gets a rating of "3 = At Expectations" and that's an adjustment to keep up with inflation (i.e., about 2%).

Cons

IQVIA is a company that seems to be struggling to compete since the pandemic started. All the long-standing employees (i.e., those who have been there for 10+ years) are leaving because they are not being listened to and are being severely undervalued. IQVIA is losing so much talent. The hours are getting longer and so are the to-do lists, since certain departments are expected to perform above and beyond their scope, without any type of compensation. I had to perform at the next designation up at all times and when I got a promotion, I was expected to do the same and work the next designation up for years... This is not how a company should operate.

Pros

The only pros are some of the employees that work here

Cons

lots of favoritism, some PMs have about 10 studies while others only have 1-2. the pay for internal growth is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than external new hires, but internal PMs have a lot more responsibilties and manage higher paying studies.
