-Wage increases below inflation -Wage increases way below industry standards for my technology in my metro area -Bonus amounts are consistently far less than what was promised during the interview -No budget for employee technical training or even book purchases -Company has started replacing cubes with "open work spaces" that consist of many people crammed into the same room inches from their co-workers -Massive amounts of technical work outsourced to workers in low wage countries

The building is next to a lot of trees that fall on powerlines during storms. Twice in less than 6 months the office was closed due to power outages for days at a time. Sometimes coworkers are a little to lax--constantly have to track people down, ask them to correct their work, clarify confusing or poorly written emails, etc.
