      Poor pay and low morale with no work-life balance

      Remote work is available for some.

      Cons

      -Much lower pay versus industry standard. -Little upward movement or promotions for many due to outsourcing. -Tiny bonus and merit increases that don't get anywhere near the rate of inflation. -Long-time employees are not valued resulting in low morale and eventual exit. -Large increase in outsourcing to save money which is resulting in a massive study quality decrease. -Project Team members are all burnt out and frustrated. -Upper Management has focused more on department revenue than quality of the studies being conducted. -Processes that are implemented are redundant and waste more time than they save. -Poor work/life balance.

      Strong marketing brand, good salary.

      Cons

      Highly political and toxic leadership with no care to employee well-being. There is no such thing as internal movement even though they invest in it. They don’t have any real capability in technology or true data and analytics. Their data asset coverage is not competitive.

      There are none to speak of.

      Cons

      Too many to list - tone-deaf executives (all overpaid), terrible bonuses and raises, and awful benefits. The execs crow about the high stock price but there's no employee stock purchase program. I was doing my job and my former manager's for more than 5 years. And after 8+ years, I got a mere two-week severance. It's a multibillion company that does not care one bit about its employees. They quietly fire continuously to avoid the WARN Act. It was a good company when it was Quintiles but no more. And top sales and business leaders NEVER action the insights we would get from clients.
