Established company with clear strategy & goals for the future; manger was not encouraged to micromanage; decent compensation & benefits with yearly raises (including merit-based)

Cons

Your experience as an employee will depend almost 100% on the team you are on; unable to connect with manager due to the number of people he was having to manage; culture was something to be desired; no clear path toward advancing or leveling-up skills/contributions to the company; you kind of just feel like a number
