Flexibility in timings, at-least in my team.

Cons

No process is followed in software development. Work pressure. Very little career growth. Not employee friendly. Strict dresscode to follow, very annoying. Very bad managers. Hike is totally dependent on your relationship with your manager.

It has very great work culture and working in one of the best team so far Higher management is really good in solving the issues Salary satisfaction is more than average

Cons

Cant think of any particular cons but salary increment is not really great May be I can say promotion growth rate is little slower than average growth rate

1. No value for hard working and dedicated people 2. Too much of favoritism will work here 3. your hike,onsite or any good benefits will be given based on your show-off and dramatical skills 4. If you only know professionalism and working skills then it will be hell for you 5. if you are good at talking and blushing the managers with out doing any work, then you will be the better performer and will get all the benefits you want 6. Good performer means good show-off candidate with out doing simple work 7. You will not even question the manager for any valid reason also, if you question then you will be treated as bad performer
