Pros

Work culture is very nice. Good Apportunity to work on many aspects of clinic studies.

Cons

Hike is not as expected. Actual bonus amount is always less than and the Annual Bonus amount mentioned on CTC.

Pros

One of the draws to IQVIA was their commitment to work life balance. They held true to that, and I never felt like I NEEDED to work late. There were times where I would work late, but that's because I wanted to get things done. I was never asked or forced to work outside my normal hours which was not the case at previous companies.

Cons

I haven't had too many cons other that corporate BS when it comes to promoting. "Can only promote 2 people per year, don't have it in the budget" etc.
