Pros
-Good facilities, Very good infrastructure, food facility -Good working env , if you are surrounded by nice people in project(which you will hardly find here) -Good tech to work on. -Nice package
Cons
-Indian Management is the worst part of this company -Spineless creatures can be seen here licking boots of their US counterparts. -Incompetent Managers with no communication skills, no tech knowledge -Managers think they are hero's but in reality they are not even zero's(Zero was discovered in Indian, so cant criticize it..lol) -Worst incremental policies, almost no hikes -Dull working env for few projects
