Pros

I learned a lot here on the communications side, from digital media to payment processing. Everyone is very helpful.

Cons

Budget/funding issues for hiring, etc. But that is also typical of nonprofit orgs.

Pros

Its a great place for those who are looking for entry-level jobs. The salary and work schedule is attractive.

Cons

Poor feedback from seniors and late payments are the only cons I can think about. Many work-mates share the same view.
