Pros

You feel very satisfied working at IREX because your work makes a difference in the community. International locations are always the best place to work at. When I worked in Tbilisi, Georgia, IREX staff was like a second family to me.

Cons

As with any non-profit supported by the U.S. government, there is a lot of red tape you have to overcome to get anything approved.
