My time at IRIS Software Group as an HR Programme Associate has been excellent! Despite the fast-paced nature of the business, the work is incredibly rewarding both personally and professionally. The leadership team and colleagues are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help. Managers genuinely care about my feedback and well-being. IRIS places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development and encouraging us to unlock our star potential. There are countless opportunities for personal and professional growth, and I am eager to get more involved in these initiatives!

Super successful company that grows in good times and bad - so feels very safe in this upcoming recession. Great leadership and management and very employee focused - the sky is the limit for anyone with ambition and drive. Friendly and supportive culture.

Cons

Very fast paced - which is exciting, but dont expect slow and boring
