Pros

There is an exceptional team of people working for IRIS They support talent and are amazing ambassadors for Women Working in Tech There is never a dull moment, it is entrepreneurial and innovative

Cons

Sometime it can try to do a little too much simultaneously and this can occasionally overwhelm, more cross functional working and collaboration would hasten our speed to completion on projects
