Pros

great salary and employee benefits, involvement in the company, work life balance, they care about its employees and customers a like, awesome company communication and some of the best training course available.

Cons

Tbh I really cannot think of one. I have 30+ years service and have been bought out be 6 different companies, to finally end up with Iris and I wish I had started with them, it is a joy to come to work.
