Fast paced and growth obsessed

Pros

This is the kind of place that you come to work if you want to be in a fast paced, growing organisation - the pace is staggering but this comes with rewards (the sales incentives are second to none - and I’ve experienced a few elsewhere!) I’ve met lots of great people and made some good friends here - the Manchester office has a great energy to it (although I work remotely so don’t visit it as much as I would like!)

Cons

You have to be resilient - sales isn’t easy and the ambitions/targets of the company are that of consistent growth (which can be hard in given the current economic climate!)

Awful company - Avoid !!!

Pros

Not many pros, quite sales focused and good benefits and work/life balance. Probably come across quite well if you haven’t worked anywhere good.

Cons

Awful bullying C level. Very hierarchical. Many ineffective managers as it’s sell what’s in front of you, no room for strategic engagement and no leadership in the partner channel. Pretty poor customer support too.
