- Very positive culture, always someone you can ask questions to - New opportunities are always advertised internally for people looking to progress their careers - Very good overall for gender equality

Cons

- Most people now working remote reduces contact with others

Line manager was amazing (came from previous company that was bought by IRIS)

Cons

Tried to ‘explain’ that the pay and commission change was a good thing… all the payroll IC’s priced it wasn’t (through maths)
