Iris is great place to work where the teams are really welcoming and help you grow with in the team . Team members are there to support you with work whenever needed

Cons

During peak processing time , the work load is slightly more than usual days where at times you will need to do overtime to meet client deadlines.

Great Company with Great Values

Pros

The company looks after you as an employee. Everyone is super nice and super friendly no matter what department you work in. Benefits are good, holiday's are good. Flexibility is great. There's many great things about IRIS

Cons

I haven't go that many cons but sometimes the training is a little poor in my department as everyone is always super busy and sometimes it's hard to get hold of people for the help you need and end up making mistakes for trying to figure stuff out by yourself.
