Pros

Having worked for IRIS wearing many different hats over 6 years, I can honestly say that opportunity is given freely and often. It is a fast paced and ever evolving company with a great strategy for both employees and our clients. We have a extraordinary benefits package which has enabled me to get my first electric car on Salary Sacrifice, Private healthcare for both me and my partner, Life insurance, Tech Scheme and employee discounts. Whilst the company has undergone massive growth since I have started, it has still managed to maintain a very friendly feel to it and reaching out to anyone at any level for help always has a positive outcome. They have mechanisms in place to identify high performers and provide employees with the tools to grow their own success with the High-Potential Program and regular awards such as Top Talent awards and Quarterly IMPACT awards. The culture here gives autonomy to employees meaning if we have an idea that benefits, we are free to run with it. We have a great number of initiatives, such as the Belonging Team, to promote and embed inclusion within the workplace. Green group for environmental impact. Employee Voice, to ensure that everyone here can have their say on issues that matter to them. IRIS really ran with the remote working at the start of the Pandemic and many who choose to work from home can continue to do so which has really provided that extra level to support a work/life balance.

Cons

It is very fast paced and to succeed means you have to work hard but the benefits of working here more than make up for it.
