So much of the business is underfunded, particularly back office functions and there are constant work arounds that give short term gain for long term pain. Decisions are often made VERY late creating a high pressure environment. The company is running very lean to make the balance sheet look good but 2 or 3 years of getting more and more "efficiant" is really having a toll on the work force and the ability of the company to hit targets.

Overbearing/top down management Team Leads aren't trusted to make decisions (e.g. annual ratings overridden by HR to not pay out bonuses. no explanation given to team leads/employees) Low salaries vs market Arbitrary policies (e.g, if you change job, it could be a completely different role/department, there's a cap of 10% for a pay rise, you could thus end up massively underpaid in your role) Poor investment in end-user hardware
