We also operate a fully fixed cost to company model in India which guarantees our employees their direct and indirect benefits and savings contributions. We were delighted in 2025 to announce our co-investment shares opportunity reopened, allowing employees to purchase a stake in IRIS. This investment opportunity was offered to all employees across the business and we hope to continue to open this offer each year.
