For aspiring individuals who seek progression this is a fantastic place to be and is highly recommended! Work hard, succeed and befriend leadership to see doors open. Culture is healthy within teams and there's lots of fun to be had.

Cons

Bottom rate wages, poor communication and organisation. Some impactful leaders, some dreadful! Commissions will be next to nothing for most.
