This is truly the best place to work because the company genuinely recognizes and values the hard work and dedication of its people. Employees are not only appreciated for what they do but also supported in their personal and professional growth. The organisation takes care of its people’s welfare, creating an environment where you feel respected and looked after. On top of that, it provides ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you become the best version of yourself.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of a single thing to fault about Iris.

The Commercial Leadership team are invested in the success of each salesperson at IRIS and support them to get deals over the line or are available for a chat when they are in our Manchester office. We also provide our sales teams with performance mindset coaches and nutritionists, support increased movement and activity in the working day, offer great incentives, and give everyone the opportunity to maximise their earnings. We’re also delighted to operate a range of incentives throughout the year to reward consistent achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with fantastic prizes, as well as inviting our Presidents Club on luxury trips.
