Strong work life balance - I really appreciated the healthy work-life balance, especially within the UK team. It allowed me to stay productive while maintaining consistency in delivery. Supportive and collaborative team The UK team managers were very supportive and collaborative. There was always openness to share knowledge, which helped me grow both technically and professionally.

Cons

Limited exposure to different domains.

The team is great to work with. Never need to go to the office apart from team meetings and they only happen every few months anyway.

Cons

Need to learn our other products in order to progress, which is quite time consuming. Also the work abroad policy is quite limited for IRIS.

At IRIS, we have created a range of learning opportunities through initiatives such as product learning tools, skills assessments and our Elevate personal growth pathway. These resources were designed to support employees in developing their technical skills and progressing throughout their career. Our UK Working Abroad Policy enables employees to work in approved countries for up to 2 weeks a year. Working abroad is governed by complex legal and tax restrictions outside of our control, but we review the policy annually to reflect the latest guidance and give flexibility where we can.
