      Some good people who are happy to help.

      Cons

      Senior management are awful, totally ignore staff until there's a problem then it's all about the blame game. Don't provide any support and just expect people to get on with it. Provide very little feedback or support for career progression. Very negative atmosphere.

      where to start? thank goodness I am out: - no career prospects - market rate salary non existent - rude people from senior managers all the way to the group ceo - the only strategy is to buy businesses and make the company look good so they can sell - hg capital who own are only concerned about making money and no control of management
