They're letting us work from home. For now…

The "interim" CEO who comes across as a charisma-void schoolyard bully and who is still in the role after nearly a year has made sweeping changes, none of which have been beneficial to the company, employees or customers... Ironic given his "customer first" mantra. He is too busy handing out unnecessary jobs to his buddies, creating ever more levels of management while removing resources from areas that desperately need them. This has left many employees grossly overworked and underpaid, with the knock-on effect being a reduction in product quality and customer service levels in many areas.

Opportunities for advancement are great as well as opportunities for early years career experiences. IRIS is a fantastic employer for graduates/career starters, vibrant environment, great benefits, supportive and caring teams

In-office culture has lacked previously but is improving, clear focus on this at the moment
