Innovation & Contribution - offers employees the chance to make a real impact in the company, IRIS are always trying to involve their employees to showcase how their ideas and to show that they are valued and how they can help shape the future of the company. Work-Life Balance - IRIS is really well known for ensuring employees have a healthy work-life balance since COVID a lot has changed in the world. IRIS provide a supportive environment where employees can balance work with their personal life. Supportive Environment - inclusivity, respect, and collaboration are ingrained in our company values. A family-like atmosphere which stems from the respect and mutual care, us as employees have for each other.

I personally don't have any cons about working for IRIS, i thrive of the busy workload, day to day it keeps my brain ticking over.

The people are what make IRIS a great place to work, everyone is so helpful and pull together in the time of need. Great benefits and flexibility is given. Management team are really good as well.

Cons

Its a typical corporate company, not for the faint hearted some days. Things change a lot! You just got to embrace the craziness some days.
