We encourage all employees to recognise their peers, reports, managers and whole teams through our IMPACT awards to show appreciation for the fantastic work they deliver. We’re delighted to have had over 840 nominations in the last 12 months with 22 employees, managers and team being chosen as winners of a quarter. Besides our IMPACT awards, we also encourage all our IRISians to thank their colleagues on Thank you Thursdays to give them a global shout out on our Global Teams channel, valuing them for the support they show and impact they make.
We’re very proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, this means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We are proud to run an annual review to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and to help close our gender pay gap. We also offer pay scales in select departments (such as Customer Support) to enable employees to grow their salaries as they develop their skills. We’re very proud to have celebrated 33 promotions and positive moves in the Engineering team and 27 in our Leeds office in the last 12 months.
