Severe lack of experience, a simple question can no longer be answered by the people around me or management and i end up having to guess, our customers are suffering as a result.

Although the environment is very sales driven more than other places the cons can outweigh this benefit

Cons

People will come and go, the company will keep you around if you're more of a personality fit than competency. The amount new hires who are there for a few weeks and then leave, or are fired is startling and you are unlikely to feel secure in your job. As always you will hear the cesspit of all kinds of rumours, gossip and constant reassurance that you will make a shed load of money in the end, dont listen to it, keep focussed and quiet- the best way to stick around.
