Pros

The team leaders are fantastic. I would hate to see an honest review deflect the work that they do because each of them go above and beyond for the bureau. Iris really don’t deserve them and they warrant so much more recognition than the teams believe they receive.

Cons

It is quite sad really to see the rapid decline in the bureau over the last few years with many of our team members taking extended sick leave or leaving due to work related stress. The workload increase moving to a portal that simply isn’t ready is astronomical and has had such a detrimental effect on the teams mental and physical wellbeing. Clients are leaving left, right and centre the personal relationships internal and external have been lost. Payrolls are pushed out to India only to come back with an increased workload on the team to try keep them happy, teams are inundated with payroll queries and customer complaints that we simply can’t keep up. The pay is extremely low compared to the same roles elsewhere with much less responsibility and workload stress. Low salaries not only affect retention of your employees but also their productivity and drive. Senior management consistently deliver empty promises and makes decisions with no consideration for the team.
