Since I started I have received nothing but support and training on everything I could possibly want. They provide many opportunities to expand your knowledge and are flexible with the home/work balance.

Cons

I haven't had any cons since starting.

Amazing to drive your career forward and learn!

Amazing opportunity for career progression, benefits are the best I have ever had from an employee. The CEO is extremely inspiring Everyone is approachable and helpful They are always keen to learn and improve Fair when it comes to reward and pay, its not just how long you have been there but are you a team player, customer focused too. Its very fair to those who work and take pride in their work. Work life balance is amazing too, I am a mum and work from home and IRIS not only care about you but your family too. From having bring your kids to work day (which is still talked about in my home to this day) to showing compassion if you just need to focus on family a little more.

Cons

I would like to see more job-specific training courses available, such as SQL or PRINCE. However, the courses that are available are amazing, just be good to see more specific course. I do want to add I can approach the learning team and they are very accommodating too.

Remote working, satisfactory benefits package

Cons

Chaotic environment with a toxic sales leadership. Only interested in revenue numbers and will put so much pressure on sales to deliver and do what ever it takes to close deals, that it damages people's mental health an ethical judgement. Processes are lacking.
