Pros

A few people I worked with were very good and made my experience slightly better. Work life balance was good as I was not busy at all.

Cons

Extremely poor pay. Next to no worthwhile benefits. Bonus isn't a bonus and can be ripped away from you at the drop of a hat. SLTs do not seem to care about you as a person. No team dynamic. No transparency between management and staff. My mental health had never been lower.
