It is 3 Years for me at IRIS Centre of excellence ( IRIS SOFTWARE GROUP) I wold say work life balance for me Easy apporachable management Organization which is process driven not people driven Growth opportunity are vast

Does not have a proper tool for payroll or attendance Work place is outdated does not support mordern work enviornment
