      Great Agency - Growth Potential

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, work life balance (flexible schedules, telework, time off etc). Lots of room for growth. Never ending stream of detail opportunities if you want to try another career path. Different tiers of management readiness programs if you are interested in moving up the ladder.

      Cons

      Lack of training and or poor training. Some outdated methodologies and technologies.

      Great benefits, amazing coworkers, decent pay, and encouraged internal promotion/ elevation. I've been promoted 6 times in 12 years with the organization.

      Cons

      Congress continually changes tax guidelines, so technical procedures change often. Communication between executives, management, and front line employees can sometimes lack.
