Pros

IRS is a great place to work because of the benefits that it offers. There are multiple jobs available. Depending on your skills and training in other work or the training you receive while you are there, you can make a lot of money. you can go very far.

Cons

When you work seasonal, you never know how long you will work, you can be on furlough for two weeks in a year, or be off 7 months, or more. It make it really hard to know how long you will work, and how long the unemployment will last. If you can get on a permanent job, then you are a lot better off.
