      Pros

      The healthcare and benefits including a pension worth say 25% of your final salary and a 5% match for the 401k is great. The work life balance is the best I’ve ever had. The work financial modeling and business appraisal review is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      I was promised remote work four days a week after one year when I was hired. The Trump administration nixed that even though my division has been remote for 20+ years. We’ve had an exodus of qualified employees since Trump started cutting with no regard for systems and processes or tax compliance. Morale is awful.
