Pros

Keeping up with the rates is challenging. It makes the work go by fast. The teamwork is awesome.

Cons

Never enough training. Pay is too low for this type of technical work. Permanent positions are too competitive. Very difficult to get a permanent position since hundreds of seasonal employees apply for "one" opening. The employees that get selected for the "one" opening are usually the people that have invested 10 or more years of experience of working there processing tax returns at the Exceptional Rate/speed level, and well-deserved.
