Pros

Has great benefits. Good way to start your career. They also provide training which is excellent.

Cons

The only thing is if you start out in swing shift it's very difficult to get a day shift position.

Pros

Worked independently Listen to music while you work (use headphones) Very casual dress code Located near decent restaurants

Cons

Working from 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Work life balance is barely okay Paid time off is a hassle Your manager does things how he or she sees fit.... Huge lack of consistency Very dirty work environment, so bring your own Lysol, Clorox Wipes, and other products for collecting dust Plan on buying your own office supplies Parking is horrible if you happen to work Overtime during the day shift If you start at 12:30 pm, then be sure to arrive 35-45 minutes early to make sure you get a parking spot HR is very lax.....
