Pros

Excellent training, you will know what you need to know before they have you speaking with the general public. Cool coworkers, who work hard and play hard. Good benefits while you are working, and the option to keep them when you aren't.

Cons

They are only hiring seasonal employees due to budget cuts imposed by congress, so you never know when you will be laid off. Some people like to yell at Customer Service people who work for the government. There is a hierarchy based on tenure, so you won't take any vacation time for at least the first three years.
