Pros

Good pay and overtime sometimes option to take time off or get paid for overtime. Really enjoyed helping the customers.

Cons

Too much micro management prefence given to the female employees when applying for better and permanent positions, managers with no people skills on power trips always trying to find ways to bring you down and many threats of losing your job. Under a lot of stressful situations.

Pros

Varied work, quiet, a great deal of independence in work. Very friendly, helpful, and hard-working co-workers.

Cons

Generally, the work is just temporary or seasonal to start with. Occasional slow periods even during tax season. Although the opportunity to learn new skills is greater during that period.
