      Interesting assignments, great opportunity to learn new things, fellow employees are very helpful and there is ample room for development and promotion.

      Cons

      Ill- equipped offices, technology is far behind the average office environment, pay can be stifiling at times, can be difficult to get in touch with management.

      Good benefits. Many good, honest. Conscientious people, in spite of negative news stories.

      Cons

      Politicians create a nightmare for addressing bigger picture issues. Confusing laws and priorities with insufficient funding. Too many layers of management at higher levels making it hard to get good timely decisions. Especially when you add the union involvent in all decision making
