      Pros

      Nice people, interesting work - sometimes tragic, sometimes comical (no contact with the public). Sincere effort by all including management.

      Cons

      You can't get permanent work anymore - it's all seasonal. No guarantee of length of season.

      Pros

      I love working with so many people and several teams. There are great beneifits on this job. It is a joy to work with people who become friends, not just co-workers.

      Cons

      The only bad part of this job is when we get laid off due to lack of work, or atleast that is the reason we are given when we all know it is the budget that calls for our furlough. It would be great to have a steady job without the lay-offs.
