- Gain new skills/knowledge - Friendly people (managers, supervisors, colleagues)

Cons

-Witnessed lazy workers who abuse the time. Made us to work a lot. Did not see them being "disciplined". Personally, a few of them need to be fired. -Take advantage of my skills (hence, pay attention to your role/GS)

Employees are overworked and underpaid. The worst part about this job is training and micro-management. Very stressful environment and very unorganized.
