Pros

It provides a lot of opportunity for growth. Training is thorough and informative. Great parking and free transportation assistance if you do not drive. Great potential to make a great income.

Cons

It is seasonal work and unemployment is not good after the first season of work. The job is stressful. Training is good but it only covers the basics you will end up teaching yourself.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work there is every department is like a mini team and everyone looks out for their teammates, making sure we are all on the same page.

Cons

The biggest challenge for most people is that the location is just to far and isolated. The hours for this department are difficult to handle.
