Pros

Very interesting place to work - you'll see a unique thing here...

Cons

Treated liked like dirt - let go without warning and/or reason. Other contractors said this was normal for IRS

Pros

No over time, so you have plenty of time to spend with family. Great benefits. After gaining some experience, you get the opportunity to work cases with larger potential of fraud. Competitive pay.

Cons

Most people hate you and don't want to talk to you. Mostly decent Management, but some had a tendency to micromanage Agents' cases.
