Pros

The benefits package was a definite draw. Aside from that, the pay was more than comparable to those in the area.

Cons

Management was allowed to and did play favorites. It didn't seem that issues were handled well when management stepped way out of line like telling a disabled veteran he would not receive a promotion due to his disability.

Pros

The job was repetitive, although rather easy--answering phones. The half-hour lunch made the day go by quickly. I also found the people that worked there kind and very helpful.

Cons

The job was repetitive--answering calls from people who failed to make a selection in the phone tree. During tax season, you are talking to just about anybody. Be prepared.
