Pros

benefits are good and optional OT

Cons

I was let go due to me not passing certification the training process was very poor I started training in the middle of the pandemic so everything was pretty much disorganized. Managers can be a bit lacking expect you to know everything about taxes inside outside just a very very stressful workplace. They make you feel like you should know all of this stuff like you’ve been doing it all of your life. And when you don’t you’re being judged and ridiculed over and over. Managers micro manage instead of taking time out to show there employers the ropes to better them in being successful on the job. Besides all of that if your looking for a job that doesn’t require a degree, interview, or drug testing, with steady hours this is the right place other than that it’s pretty crappy they need to do better with there training & management.
