Telework and helping the few employees who actually want to do their job.

Cons

Outdated systems, outdated thinking and management style. A ton of Senseless and meaningless paperwork and meetings. Not Diverse, Environment toxic, draining and VERY Stressful that's due to the people they hire. They'll hire anyone and put anybody in management positions. No evolving or growth not only in career, but in how people think.
